Standing demand for psychologists across Ireland

Demand for psychologists in Ireland is consistent and growing. Mental health, neurodevelopmental and disability services across the country are expanding waiting-list initiatives, assessment-of-need pathways and community teams, and they need qualified clinicians to deliver them. Because that need never really stops, we are always recruiting psychologists, whether or not a specific vacancy is advertised today.

We work with private clinics, public-sector services and national providers across clinical, counselling and educational psychology, as well as specialist autism and ADHD assessment. Roles span permanent, part-time, sessional and remote arrangements, so we can usually match the way you want to work.

    What our clients look for

We welcome psychologists at any PSI grade. To be put forward to our clients, you will usually need either Chartered Psychologist status (Chartered Membership of PSI) or experience working in the HSE, whether current or previous, which is always welcome. Statutory CORU registration is also being introduced, with the clinical, counselling and educational registers expected to open from 2027. If you qualified overseas and are working out your route here, we can talk it through before you apply.
