About the Role
An established and rapidly-growing specialist private mental health service based in Ireland, working exclusively with adult patients. Consultant-psychiatrist-led, with 25+ specialists, 10,000+ patients seen to date, and a 4.9 rating from over 500 client reviews. The service is HSE Approved, contracted to Tusla, and a portfolio company of both Enterprise Ireland and InterTradeIreland.
Clinical leadership sits with a Consultant Psychiatrist Clinical Director (IMC-registered), supported by a multidisciplinary team of consultants, registrars, chartered psychologists and therapists. The clinical model is online-first, with two physical clinics in Dublin and Cork for in-person clients, but for clinicians the day-to-day work is delivered entirely remotely from anywhere in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments for adult patients, with consultant support throughout
- Support medication initiation, titration and ongoing monitoring as part of structured care pathways
- Operate as part of a full clinical team across a range of adult presentations
- Keep accurate clinical records and contribute to written reports
- Attend team meetings, structured supervision sessions and ongoing CPD activities
- Deliver all clinical work remotely from anywhere in Ireland
Requirements
- Current IMC registration as a medical practitioner
- Working towards MRCPsych, or recently completed
- Core psychiatry training; prior experience with adult mental health presentations is welcome
- Good clinical reasoning and attention to detail
- Genuine curiosity about adult mental health and current diagnostic and care pathways
