Speech and Language Therapist
About the Role
AutismCare is an Irish organisation dedicated to advancing access to neuroaffirming Autistic identification pathways and lifelong supports. From timely access to assessment through to ongoing support, every pathway honours Autistic identity, culture and communication, guided by a deep commitment to neurodiversity, autonomy and genuine inclusion.
You will deliver communication and language assessments, contribute your SLT lens to comprehensive autism (and potentially AuDHD) MDT assessments, and produce individualised, accessible recommendations for families, schools and services, alongside post identification support. The role is built so clinicians spend their time on clinical work rather than administration, with strong operational support and modern clinical technology behind you.
Staff SLT base is €55,000 to €70,000 with total reward €75,000 to €85,000+. Senior SLT base is €70,000 to €90,000 with total reward €95,000 to €110,000+. Senior SLTs provide clinical leadership on complex communication assessments, supervise junior clinicians, take MDT leadership and drive service development, with pension up to 8%, enhanced CPD and 25+ days leave.
What's on offer
- Salary above the equivalent HSE Speech and Language Therapist scale, €55,000 to €90,000 depending on grade and experience

- CPD budget, annual budget plus professional development support
- Sick pay, 4 weeks full pay per year
- Maternity cover, top up to 50% of salary for 12 weeks above statutory Maternity Benefit
- AI clinical documentation tools and dedicated admin support, so time stays on clinical work
