About the Role
Most therapists working in neurodiverse services spend half their energy navigating systems that weren't built for the people they serve. This service has been built differently. From how the team assesses to how they support, the entire model is grounded in neuro-affirming practice, which means therapists here get to do the work the way it should be done.
The wider organisation is Ireland's largest private-pay autism assessment and intervention service: HSE approved, recognised by the Department of Education, and trusted by families across the country. Therapy sits alongside psychology, occupational therapy and speech & language therapy in a genuine MDT model.
You'll hold a caseload of autistic children, adolescents and adults, delivering one-to-one sessions tailored around each individual. Working closely with the service's psychologists, OTs and SLTs, you'll contribute to care planning and be part of a team that genuinely talks to each other. The role also supports the service's HSE and corporate partner contracts, giving real breadth and variety. This is the role for a clinician who wants the autonomy of private practice with the backing of a full MDT, industry-leading pay, and work they'll feel proud of.
