About the Role
Ireland's leading online mental health concierge, over 1,000 active clients, 50+ accredited professionals, a 4.9 client rating, and partnerships with VHI, Laya and Irish Life. Founded in 2021, the service removes the access, cost and stigma barriers that keep people from getting timely care, matching clients to the right clinician within 24 hours.
The service is building out specialist psychology capacity for OCD and anxiety. You'd be the named clinician for clients matched into these pathways, reviewing pre-screening data (OCI-R, GAD-7), delivering assessment and formulation, and providing evidence-based intervention (CBT, ERP, ACT or related modalities according to your training).
All admin, scheduling, payment and insurance receipts are handled by the in-house client experience team, with sessions delivered online via secure video and hours you set yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the named clinician for clients matched into the OCD and anxiety pathways
- Review pre-screening data (OCI-R, GAD-7) ahead of the first session
- Deliver assessment and formulation
- Provide evidence-based intervention (CBT, ERP, ACT or related modalities)
- Deliver sessions online via secure video on your own availability
Requirements
- PSI-registered counselling, clinical or educational psychologist (or equivalent recognised accreditation)
- Substantial experience with OCD and anxiety presentations; ERP-experienced preferred
- Comfortable delivering therapy online and working with a managed client-experience team
- Looking for flexible, sessional work alongside or in place of existing practice
- Supervision required (self-arranged); CPD and PSI registration verified at onboarding
