Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in conducting psychological assessments with strong report-writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
Design specialized clinical care pathways in line with evidence-based practices.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement client-centered treatment plans.
Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure client safety during crisis situations, and provide crisis interventions.
Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, including training providers on these processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records per professional and legal standards.
Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current in the field.
Support clients with Critical Incident Support Management experience as part of Crisis Intervention requirements.
Provide monthly reports on clinical insights and user utilization.
Offer after-office hours care upon client request.
Assist our recruitment team with freelance provider screening.
Provide support to our localization team for content translation.
Regularly review, refine, and uphold SOPs to ensure high standards of clinical practice, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling.
1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience, ideally in a mental health setting.
Expertise in facilitating individual and group sessions.
Proficient in planning and conducting online seminars using various platforms and in creating engaging content.
Experienced in crisis management.
Competence in administering psychological assessments (for Clinical Psychologists).
Strong knowledge and experience with evidence-based treatments, particularly CBT.
Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in the country of practice.
Ability to provide onsite support for our clients, including counselling and psychoeducation sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supervising other mental health professionals.
Access to a dedicated clinical space that can be rented for therapy sessions and related activities.
