As a Solar Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar energy systems, contributing significantly to the renewable energy landscape in the country.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for various applications, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for solar projects.

  • Oversee the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar PV systems, conducting regular inspections and maintenance activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of solar energy systems.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

  • Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems, preferably in commercial or utility-scale projects.

  • Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies, inverters, batteries, and other related components.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for system design and simulation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards related to solar installations.

  • Relevant certifications (such as NABCEP) would be a plus..
