Responsibilities:

  • Develop machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to create predictive, prescriptive, and classification models.

  • Conduct data analysis and preprocess data for model training, ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for scalability and efficiency.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies, integrating new methodologies into existing systems.

  • Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and integrate machine learning models into production systems.

  • Evaluate model performance and accuracy using appropriate metrics, fine-tuning models for optimal results.

  • Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

  • Proven experience in machine learning model development and deployment, preferably in real-world applications.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.

  • Experience with big data technologies and tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
